Obituary for Maryetta T. Cappelletti
Maryetta T. Cappelletti (Mary), was called to her everlasting home on Thursday, November 21, 2019. Mary was born on July 23, 1951 to the late George and Ethel Schiano of Ozone Park, New York. Mary was the only daughter of three children.

Mary was born and raised and educated in Ozone Park, New York. She worked hard her whole life to provide for all eight of her children. Mommy (as everyone called her) was a mother to everyone she met. If you were hungry, needed a place to stay or just a mother’s loving arms, mommy was there. Her door was always open to anyone that needed her. To know mommy was to love mommy. She touched a lot of people but little do they know they touch her too.

Mary loved to knit and crochet. Her greatest love was to spend time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. They kept her going as she would say. Mary loved to cook for her family and was well known for her sauce. Mommy was known for speaking her mind and getting straight to the point. Lets not forget about her famous bips. We could go on and on about the legacy that mommy leaves behind, just know that if you knew her you were a part of her family. Lets not forget her loving pets, Legend and Ethel who she loved dearly.

Mary was preceded in her death by her parents, George and Ethel Schiano and her granddaughter, Cassidy Cappelletti.

Mary leaves to cherish her memory to her eight children: George Cappelletti, Ceasar and Maryellen Love (Johnathan), Joseph Cappelletti (Tiffany), Raymond Cappelletti, Louie Battista (Marie), Salvatore Cappelletti (Kitty), Lauri Cappelletti (Darnell), Tina Cappelletti; a very special friend: Elven West; grandchildren: Christal, Candice, Ceasar Jr., Tacori, Johnathan, Wyatt, Zoey, Hunter, Savanna, Luciana, Britney, Angelique, Rocco, Celsea, Joey, Taliya, Domanick, Alexandrea, Tyshawn and Talina and seven great grandchildren.

Memorial Service Saturday, November 30, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at W.E. Hawkes & Son Funeral Home, Blackstone. Interment private
