Thomas Edward (Butch) Woodley Jr. was granted his wings on Monday, October 7, 2019 in Victoria, VA. He was born March 15, 1959 to Patsy Edmonds and the late Thomas Woodley, Sr. At an early age he was baptized and gave his life to Christ at Mt. Level Baptist Church. Thomas was employed with H&W Blankenship & Son from 2005 until his health declined.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Sr.; two brothers, Bruce and Rodney. He leaves to cherish his memories: three daughters, Devina and Devona of Ford, VA and Tracey of Cumberland, VA; two grandchildren, Latasha and Henry (Trey); two godchildren, Michaela and Michael; his mother, Patsy Woodley; three sisters, Felicia of Blackstone, VA, Sheila (James) Crawley of Matoaca, VA and Nancy (Calvin) Davis of Blackstone, VA; two brothers, Melvin (Carolyn) Woodley of Kenbridge, VA and Earl (Sandra) Woodley of Blackstone, VA; god-brother, Bobby Lewis of Amelia, VA; a devoted loving friend and caregiver, Sharon Davis of Victoria, VA; three uncles, Clinton Hawkes, Sr. and Robert (Lillie Mae) Edmonds of Blackstone, VA and Frank (Rosa) Woodley of Amelia, VA; great uncle, Marvin (Helen) Edmonds of Killeen, TX; two aunts, Margie Mitchell of Blackstone, VA and Virginia Woodley of Petersburg, VA; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral Services Saturday, October 12, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Mt. Level Baptist Church, Amelia. Interment church cemetery.
