Alease attended Nottoway High School and graduated in 1977. She joined Shiloh Baptist Church at an early age. She worked at various places of employment within Fort Pickett, Blackstone, VA.
Alease leaves to cherish her loving memories: sisters, Shirley Bowden (Moses), Gloria Ward (Lumas), Patricia, Frances, Sharliene Crawley; brothers, Zachary and Anthony Crawley, Blackstone, VA.; nephews, Windell Crawley, Antonice Crawley, Lumas Ward, Jr., Calvin Ward, Derick Crawley, Antonio Millican, Michael Millican of West Virginia; nieces, Felicia Bass, Tina Ward, Ellen Crawley, Yolanda Crawley; great nephews, Windell Crawley Jr., Justin Evans and Nathaniel Hardy; great nieces, Mikia Noble, Tierra Crawley, Kennethiha Crawley, Alicia & Triyana Bass, Yvonne & Kavah Blanten and Janiya Mahann; devoted cousin, Mrs. Rosetta Hopkins, Baltimore, MD, four devoted friends, Ms. Diane Jefferson, Mr. Sherman Wright, Mrs. Margaritia Colla, Mrs. Shirley Wilson and a host of other relatives and friends.
