She graduated from Central High School in Charlotte County. Willie was employed at Levi Straus for twenty Years and Piedmont Senior Resources for sixteen years.
Willie was a member of Dominion Worship Center for many years. She loved her church and was always there as long as her health allowed. She loved God and showed that love through her kindness to others. Willie served in the church as Trustee, Usher, president of Pastor Aid, Missionary Ministry, Women Ministry, Sunday School teacher, Willing Worker member and choir member.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Watson; two sons, James Watson and Russell Watson; three brothers, Thomas, William McKinley and Clarence; two sisters, Isabel Stovall and Rosa Bullock. She leaves to cherish her memories: three sons, William Watson, Thomas Watson (Sandra) and Roy Watson; two daughters, Mary Casper and Rosa Stokes; twenty one grandchildren; three brothers, James Price (Daisy Marie), Fred Price (Illian) and George Price (Mary); three sisters, Marie Brooks, Mary Smith and Reverend Dorothy Reid; a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral Services Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Dominion Worship Center, Crewe. Interment Jackson Cemetery, Crewe.
