She accepted the Lord at an early age and became a member of Cellar Creek Baptist Church, where she was faithful and loyal until her health started to decline. She was the church clerk for thirty-seven years, a position she truly loved. She also belonged to the Deaconess Club, Pastor’s Aid Circle and church choir. Rozelia loved to sing God’s praises.
Rozelia was joined in marriage to Herbert H. Hardy, Sr on June 19, 1954. She loved herself some Herbert, they were married for sixty years until Herbert passed in 2014. What a perfect union.
