Obituary for Ralph H. Goodman
Mr. Ralph H Goodman, 80 of Amelia, VA entered into eternal rest on December 14, 2020 at Amelia Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was born in Amelia County to Lester and Betty Goodman.
During his life span he worked for Safeway, driving tractor trailers. He was an active member of Little Union Baptist Church and was also a member of the Male Choir.
He loved gardening, spending time with relatives, and always looked forward to his visits from his great-granddaughter Nyah.
He is preceded in death by his oldest son, Ralph C. Goodman; his parents and multiple siblings.
He leaves to cherish his memories his remaining children: Barbara Lynne, L Blair Goodman (Yuan-Yuan), Jimmy (Chandra), and Wanda (Noel); 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 5 siblings, Earl, Francis, Dorothy, Sarah, and Wilson (Lucille), and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.
Public Viewing Friday, December 18, 2020 from 2 to 7 p.m.
Graveside Services Saturday, December 19, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. at Chester Grove Baptist Church, Amelia.
