Obituary for Michael 'Mickey" Jones
Michael ‘Mickey’ L. Jones departed this life on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, VA. Michael was born June 7, 1965 to Blannie and Clara Worsham Jones.

Michael attended Nottoway County Schools from which he graduated. He was a kind and quiet person. He worked at Taylor-Ramsey for many years.

Michael was preceded in death by his father, Blannie L. Jones; a sister Vivian Worsham; and a brother James Jones. He leaves to cherish his memory: his mother Clara Jones of Blackstone; four sisters, Cheryl (Willie) Lawson of Blackstone, VA, Della Jones of Baltimore, MD, Bertha Parker of Glen Burnie, MD and Linda (Edwin) Santiago of Essex, MD; one brother Harold (Michelle) Worsham of El Paso, TX; five aunts; two uncles; a devoted friend Gracie Owens; a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral Service Wednesday, February 13, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Pentecost Church of God in Christ, Blackstone. Interment Greenview Cemetery, Blackstone.
