Elder Marguretta D. Parham Casper quietly entered into eternal rest on March 3, 2025 at Johnston Willis Hospital in Richmond, VA. The second child of Clarence and Dorothy Parham, she was born on March 28, 1973.
Marguretta attended and graduated from Nottoway County High School. After graduation she attended Longwood University majoring in Accounting. She worked in Richmond, VA at ITT, and was formally employed at Southside Electric Cooperative in Crewe, VA.
Marguretta joined the church at an early age and has been working for the Lord every since. She truly loved the Lord and had a word form the Lord to give you. She was a true Woman of God and knew the Lord. Marguetta always had a beautiful smile for all that she came in contact with and came to know. She preached her initial sermon on November 6, 2011 and was ordained as Elder on July 5, 2018. she has been running for Jesus for a long time.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories, the love of her life, her loving husband and partner Floyd Casper; three sons Twan Parham (Monique), Juan Casper (Sarah) and Daquan Casper; seven grandchildren who she loved dearly, Anijah, Qurmain, O’zius, I’zeil, Amaya, Nevaeh and Oaklynn; four brothers Clarence Parham (Elaine), James Parham, Shane Myers and Harley Myers; two sisters Natalie Jackson (Dwight) and Destiney Myers; two brothers-in-law Robert Casper Jr. (Maria) and Theodore Casper (Beverly); two sisters-in-law Cora Jones and Gloria Evans (Jerry); aunts Patricia, Golorious Robertson, Inetta Robertson; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
