Lorstine A. Wingo-Matthews passed away on January 3, 2021, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband Paul "Pete" C. Matthews, Jr,. in 2017.

In Virginia, viewing will be January 29, 2021 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Michael W. Hawkes Funeral Home, 15001 Patrick Henry Highway, Amelia VA 23002 and graveside services will be Saturday, January 30 at 12:00pm at 9451 Mount Zion Rd., Jetersville, VA 23083.
