Mr. Laslow E. Cabbins of Staunton, Virginia departed this life for eternal rest on Sunday, August 12, 2012.
Laslow was born March 18, 1977. He grew up in Amelia, Virginia and graduated from Amelia County High School. He played wheelchair basketball with the Shenandoah Valley High Rollers Basketball Team.
He leaves to cherish his memories:Â his fiance', Shaconda Durrette; son, Ra'Shawn Johnson; mother, Gloria Cabbins of Amelia, VA; father, Stanley Woodley of Amelia, VA; two sisters, Lisa Johnson of Chester, VA and Eugenia Callahan of Richmond, VA; a niece, Brianntay Johnson of Chester, VA; two nephews, Bradley Johnson of College Park, MD and Cornell Ogburn of Richmond, VA; maternal grandmother, Channie White of Petersburg, VA; paternal grandmother, Carrie Woodley of Chesterfield, VA;Â five aunts, Carolyn Dagner and Diane Woodley of Chesterfield, VA, Fanell Cabbins of Petersburg, VA, Scartha Cabbins of Richmond, VA and Brends Tucker (Kenny) of Wilmington, NC; five uncles, James Woodley (Kim) of Amelia, VA, Stephen Cabbins of Petersburg, VA, Wilbert Cabbins of Richmond, VA, Ricky Cabbins of Victoria, VA and Clayton Cabbins (Loltia) of Manassas, VA; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services Friday, August 17, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Manassa Hill Baptist Church, Amelia with interment in the church cemetery.
