Obituary for Larry V. Harris
Larry Vincent Harris was born on April 23, 1955 to Barbara J. Harris. He was raised by his grandparents, the late McKinley and Mamie Harris.
He attended A.G. Richardson School the third grade. He later attended Charter Oak in Charlotte County, VA and Krest of Kenbridge, VA.
Larry was baptized and joined the New Prospect Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Reverend David Fitzgerald.
He was loved and cared for by his devoted family and all who knew him. He will be greatly missed.
Larry’s memories will be cherished by his devoted and loving mother and stepfather, Barbara and Otis Carpenter of Lawrenceville, VA; loving sister Lenora H. Frierson of Virginia Beach, VA; a devoted brother Christopher (Sharron) of Brooklyn, NY; three nieces; six nephews; great nieces and nephews; one uncle LV (Lanette) Harris of Blackstone, VA; one great aunt Cardine Wallace of Norfolk, VA; four aunts Vannice and Lorraine Harris of Blackstone, VA, Eyvonne Harris of Kenbridge, VA, Mary L. Harris of Crewe, VA; and a host of loving cousins and friends.
