Obituary for Julia Macknolia Royall
Julia Macknolia Royall entered into eternal rest on Saturday, September 1, 2007.  She was born on August 13, 1947 to the late Burnell and Ruth Harris.  She joined Macedonia Baptist Church at an early age and later transferred her membership to Amelia Baptist Church.  Julia received her education in the Prince Edward County Public Schools.Julia leaves to cherish her memory:  one loving and devoted daughter, Felicia Royall-Gilliam; son-in-law, Charles Gilliam; grandson, Denzel Gilliam; devoted friend, Jimmy Atkins of Rice; four sisters Marion Lee, Vivian Lee, Elsie Hubbard and Debra (Larry) Allen; one brother, Harrie Harris; other relatives and friends.Funeral Services were held Thursday, September 6, 2007 from Amelia Baptist Church, Rice, VA with interment in the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery, Rice, VA.Michael W. Hawkes Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
