Obituary for Joe Andrew Patrick
On Friday October 1, 2021, God quietly sent His Angel to deliver Joe Andrew Patrick to his kingdom.

On October 9, 1971, he was united in Holy Matrimony to Diana Johnson Patrick. This union was blessed with four children, the late Joe Andrew Patrick, Jr., Katedra Patrick Royal, Carisa Patrick and Lanesha Patrick.

Joe spent most of his life working and enjoying family and friends. He worked for many many years as a machine operator (Loader) with Stamie Lytle and RMC Construction companies. Joe was well known to many and was always seen with a smile on his face. He would go above and beyond to help anyone that he could, despite his own needs.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Rosa Mason and Frank Patrick; nine brothers, Thomas, Roosevelt, Mitchell, Franklin, Stanley, Charles, Richard, James and William; two sisters, Jean Patrick Dabney and Elizabeth Patrick.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories: his wife of forty-nine years, Diana Patrick; three daughters, Katedra Royal, Carisa Patrick and Lanesha Patrick; one son-in-law, Robert Royal. He also leaves to cherish his memory, ten grandchildren, Shelby, Robert, Javonte, Destiny, T’Niyah, D’Kari, Xavion, Iymahni, Rontavion and N’Drea; two great grandchildren, Ka’Miyah and Ayden; sisters, Sylvia Patrick, Janice Archer, Daisy Patrick Faulkner, Brenda Crowder and Cheryl Patterson; one brother, Samuel Patrick; a devoted nephew, Gary Patrick; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
