Jayquan Xavier Anderson was born on September 30, 1999 to Roscoe L. Anderson Jr. and Gladys L. Anderson.
Jayquan graduated from Nottoway High School where he shined on and off the court playing the game he LOVED the most, BASKETBALL. He attended Virginia State University in Petersburg, Virginia for a short time before starting to work at Amazon.
Jayquan was preceded in death by his Grandparents Mary Anderson and John Abbott.
Jayquan departed this life on March 1, 2022 in Richmond, Virginia.
He is survived by his loving parents, Roscoe and Gladys Anderson, Jr. Grandparents Virginia Abbott of Blackstone, VA, Roscoe (Carrie) Anderson Sr. His Siblings; 1 brother, Roscoe III of Richmond, VA, 3 sisters, Christina, Christa and Cierra Abbott. His aunts, Lisa and Ernestine Abbott, Linda (Walter) West, Carolyn (Andre) Anderson, Uncles, Milton Carter, Otto, Randy, Sterling Bradshaw, Ralph (Jacquelyn) Bradshaw, Michael (Annette) Bradshaw, Leon, Kenneth & Carter Abbott & Waverly Frisby. Cousins/friends that were more like siblings, Anthony Wilson Jr., Rayshawn Dodson, Tariq Smithers, Quion Delaney, Jakeel Garnes, Jalen Lloyd, DeAndre Mahan, Kahleeb Paige, Stephen Reavis, Jenova Abbott, Ja’Niya Delaney and Antwonna Wilson, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
