Obituary for Jacqueline M. Ward
Jacqueline "Jackie" Marie Ward, 43 of Crewe, Virginia departed this life on May 15, 2013 at
the Medical College of Virginia. Jackie was born December 27, 1969 to the late Eddie Bland,
Jr. and Bobbie C. Ward, who preceded her in death. Jackie is preceded in death by
her brother, Thomas (Chuckie) Ward.
She was a 1988 graduate of Nottoway County Public Schools. She worked as a Residential
Service Aide at Virginia Center for Behavioral Rehabilitation (VCBR) in Burkeville, Virginia.
She confessed Christ as her Savior and joined Union Baptist Church in Crewe, Virginia.
She leaves loving memories to be cherished by her three children, LaTeshia, Zamari, and
Zyon Ward of Crewe, Virginia who she loved unconditionally; a devoted and loving grand-
mother, Bertha Bland; a devoted brother, Darryl Ward of Houston, Texas; a host of aunts,
uncles, nieces, nephews, two devoted friends, SaBrina Price and Regina Johnson, and a host
of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services Monday, May 20, 2013 at 12:00 noon at Union Baptist Church, Crewe, Virginia
with interment in the Bland Family Cemetery.
