Obituary for Helen W. Wainwright
On July 23, 1945, God blessed the late London and Florence Tillery with Helen Wyoneta.
At an early age she gave her life to God and became a member of Levi Baptist Church.
Helen married Fellice McCoy Wainwright, Jr. and to this union four children were born. Fellice preceded her in death.
On November 15, 2009, God called “Neta” home. She leaves to mourn: two daughters, Lois Wainwright and Angela Green (Terrence) of Crewe, VA; two sons, Dirk Wainwright of Rice, VA and Derek Wainwright of Green Bay, VA; five grandchildren, one very devoted Sherwon Wainwright of Crewe, VA, Ellerick Barbour of Martinsville, VA, Ashley Barbour of Rice, VA Terrence Jr. and Aaliyah Green of Crewe, VA; four sisters, Virginia Tillery of Crewe, VA, Hattie Jones (Grady) of Philadelphia, PA, Lillie C\lark (Earl) of Rice, VA and Mollie Jones of Burkeville, VA; three devoted friends, Maude Allen, Bernice Fowlkes and Mary Sally Jones; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral Services Saturday, November 21, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at Levi Baptist Church, Greenbay, VA with interment in the First Nottoway Baptist Church Cemetery, Crewe.
