Obituary for Gwendolyn S. Pitchford
Gwendolyn Shepperson Pitchford (Ollie), daughter of the late William Theodore and Daisy Shepperson Pitchford was born in Jetersville, Virginia on September 17, 1929. She was one of twelve children. She entered into her eternal home to rest on Saturday, February 6, 2016.
During her walk through life she was blessed with one child, Mrs. Peggy Ann Spell, one Son-in law, Mr. Otis M. Spell, two grandsons, Eric and Jennifer Garland of Tampa Florida and Otis and Nancy Spell of Fayetteville NC. Nine Great Grandchildren; Antwon Garland, Derek Garland, Marcus Garland, Paige Garland, Adora Spell, Asia Spell, Sean Spell, Shane Spell, and Kane Spell. And two great, great grandchildren.  Also, left to cherish her legacy of love and devotion is one brother Mr. Phillip Pitchford and one sister Mrs. Gladys Taylor and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
 Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Michael W. Hawkes Funeral Home, Amelia. interment private.
