Obituary for Gracie R. Ruffin
On Friday, January 16, 2015, Gracie R. Ruffin, daughter of Finis and Junious Anderson, went home to be with the Lord. She resided in Accokeek MD and was born in Blackstone VA.Â
She was proceeded in death by her husband Gilbert A. Ruffin, Sr.
She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Janet Ruffin Graham of Richmond, VA, a devoted son Gilbert A. Ruffin, Jr. (Hope) of Accokeek, MD, Step-daughter, Mary Madeline Ruffin, Seven Grandchildren, Elizabeth Nicole Ruffin, Nicholas Gabriel Graham, Derek Tyrone Graham, Melvin Lamont and Christopher Ruffin all of Richmond, VA along with Justin Alexander Ruffin and Gilbert Alfonso Ruffin III (Tre), all of Accokeek, MD; Five Great Grandchildren; Four Sisters-in-Law, Helen Washington, Jane and Ruth Ruffin and Sallie Smoot; Brother-in-law, Anthony Ruffin; and a host of cousins, (2–like sisters Elizabeth Tucker and Rachael Vaughan) nieces, nephews and friends. Â
Funeral Services will be  held Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Springhill Baptist Church, Blackstone with interment in the church cemetery.
