Obituary for George N. Vaughan
George N. Vaughan was the youngest child born to the late Reverend Clifford and Cora Green Vaughan.   He departed this life at home on Sunday, December 7, 2014.  

NONNIE was educated in the Nottoway County Public Schools and joined Fourth Mount Zion Baptist Church at an early age.  He will be remembered for his great sense of humor and his quick wit, and that he enjoyed life to the fullest.   

NONNIE was preceded in death by three sisters and six brothers.  He leaves to cherish his memory two sisters; Elizabeth Booker of New York and Ruth Terry of Maryland; one brother, Reverend Walter Vaughan of Mississippi; one sister-in-law, Ardelia Vaughan; one brother-in-law, Reverend Willie Foster; a devoted niece, Myrtle Simmons; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral Services Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Fourth Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Crewe with interment in the Vaughan Family Cemetery, Crewe.
