Obituary for Estelle Marie Trent
Estelle Marie Trent, 75 of Cumberland, VA was the daughter of Parena N. Crump. After a lengthy illness, Estelle found peace on May 1, 2023, at Johnston-Willis Hospital.
Estelle joined Center Union Baptist Church at an early age. She attended school at Luther P. Jackson High School. She was employed at Stackpole for numerous years. After Stackpole, she became self-employed and did domestic work.
She was married to Charles E. Trent, Sr. and to this union they had Charles E. Trent, Jr. and Keith M. Trent.
Estelle lived her life to the fullest and did not care what anyone had to say! She definitely lived in her truth. Estelle has lived her “Hy-phen”!
Estelle is survived by her devoted mother, Parena “Granny”; sons, Charles “Pedy” (Tina), Keith “Duke” (J’Giann Paige); grandchildren, Tiffany S. Trent “Tiff”, Ashley Trent, Bianca Davis, Shyheim Williams, Cedric Trent “CJ”, Jordan Trent and Savoni Trent; great-grandchildren, Jermel D. Barley, Jr. “JJ” and Cebastian Trent; brother, Russell Nash (Cheryl); god grandchildren, Tamyra Allen “Tanka”, Delonte’ Street “Tae”, J’Nya Pace “Mama”, Londyn Terry “Londyn Bridges”; nieces; nephews; the daughter she never had, Ladora Davis “Dossie”; devoted best friend, Carol Dabney “Kitty”; a host of other relatives and friends.
