Edward Eugene Worsham departed and entered into eternal rest on Friday, December 16, 2022. Edward was born in Richmond, Virginia on October 13, 1977 to the late Edward “Fatty” Clarke and Thelma Worsham. Edward was the beloved
grandchild of the late Robert and Elnora Clarke, who raised and cared for him from a young age.
Going to church with his grandmother Elnora,Edward was baptized and joined Bloomfield Baptist Church in Wilsons at a young age. Edward was a student of the Nottoway County Public Schools. Edward worked at several businesses in
Blackstone, such as Larry’s Carland and Bevell’s Hardware Store. His last employment was with Shoosmith Landfill in Chester, VA.
Edward leaves behind to cherish his memories: his loving and devoted uncle, Lee Roy Clarke; his mother, Thelma Worsham; his stepfather, William Lee Hendrick; his stepmother, Loretta Clarke; three daughters: Shelby Dagner, Adrienne Worsham, and Destiny Worsham; five sons: Elajuwan Boothe, Keyon Boothe, Maures Worsham, Omari Worsham, and Edward E. Worsham, Jr.; two grandchildren: Kazzmyrah Taylor and Rae’Von Lawson; two brothers: Charles Worsham and Travis Worsham (Joi); three sisters: Jo Ann Coles (Leroy), Charmaine Fields (Sedrick), Stephanie Brooks; five aunts: Queen Johnson, Clara Jones, Ethel Coleman, Barbara Worsham, and Rebecca Worsham; an uncle: Otis Worsham; six special cousins: Patricia Davis, Keisha Davis, Patrice Bonner, Leryco Hayes, James Brown, and Tameika Brown; also, a lifelong friend, Simone Brown. In addition, Edward leaves a host of beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
