Obituary for Earl R. Brown, Jr.
Earl R. Brown, Jr. was born to the late Earl R. Brown, Sr. and Josephine Jones Brown in Jamaica Hospital, Jamaica, New York on December 18, 1954. As the sun set at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27, 2008, the Lord call Earl home.
He attended Thomas Edison High School where he received his high school diploma. He lived in Laurelton, New York and was employed by Housing and Urban Development as a Housing Inspector until his illness. He was also employed at Steven’s Appliance, NewMark Shoe Polish Factory and LV Appliances.
Earl was a conversationalist. He lived life and enjoyed every moment. He was a kind-hearted, warm spirited, happy-go-lucky person, always ready to lend a hand whenever and wherever needed. He was a devoted father and loving grandfather.
He leaves to mourn: His mother: Josephine Brown; seven children: Anquanett Young, Kimala Young, Troy Young, Shellmar Adams, Ramel Adams, Antwaine Adams and Kevin Brown; three grandchildren: Shakiah Young, Allah Williams and Peter Everett, Jr. And a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral Services Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at W.E. Hawkes & Son Funeral Home, Blackstone with interment in the Jones Family Cemetery, Burkeville.
