Obituary for Douglas M. Hill
Douglas McArthur Hill was born September 21, 1965, son of Ms. Lillian Hill Craft and the late Mr. Douglas Webster. Douglas was called Dee Dee by his friends and family.
He was educated in Amelia County Public Schools. At a very early age Dee Dee was baptized at Reed Rock Baptist Church. After completing school he worked several jobs before moving to Maryland.
He moved to Maryland where he first worked for Market Tire then Giant Food grocery store. With a pleasing personality he had many friends and acquaintances. At Giant he was loved by his co-workers, always there to help, often first to come and last to leave. In his free time he utilized the gym, exercising and getting fit. His health brought him back home to Virginia. He remained a cool, kind and loveable person.
Douglas is preceded in death by his father Mr. Douglas Webster, loving Grandmother Gertrude Hill and Aunt Mrs. Lillie Sims. He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Lillian Hill Craft and stepfather David Craft, his loving sisters, Tracey Lynn Watson (Ricky) and Nancy Webster; two brothers, Jermaine Webster and Micheal Webster; stepbrother, Adrian Craft and stepsister Tina Craft; nephew, Ricky Watson Jr. (Tori); niece, Ashley Nicole Watson; two great nieces and one great nephew which he adored. He also leaves his Aunt, Marjorie Washington and Uncles, Watt Hill (Hazel), Joseph Hill (Mary Carol), Wayne Hill, Warren Hill, Calvin Hill (Phyllis), and William Sims. Also a host of loving cousins, other relatives and friends..
