DO-RA DODSON WORSHAM, daughter of William H. Dailey and Estelle J. Eppes was born on October 2, 1958 in Blackstone, VA. She departed this life on Tuesday, November 30, 2010.
She attended school in Nottoway County and received various certificates of higher learning. She had a wonderful heart and spirit. She was shy and she didn’t let a lot of people see it, but everyone that knew her knew it.
Later in life she was baptized at Pentecost Church of God in Christ in Blackstone, VA by Bishop Caleb Coles, Sr.
She was married to Matthew Franklin Worsham, whom preceded her in death.
Do-Ra leaves to cherish her memory: her children, Melinda (Milton) Robertson, Gloria Dodson, Sabrina Worsham, and Kevin Worsham; six adorable grandchildren, Jaqwan, Kaneisha, Rayshawn, and Damari Dodson, Tamarion and Shaniya Worsham; her father, William H. Dailey of Crewe, VA; her mother, Estelle Eppes of Blackstone, VA; brothers, William (Arlea) Daily of Woodbridge, VA; Theodore (Debbie) Eppes of Newport News, VA, Andrew Eppes of Blackstone, VA, Michael (Demita) Eppes of Woodbridge, VA, John (Lavern) Eppes of Richmond, VA; sisters, Delores Eppes of Meridianville, AL and Elaine (Brandy) Henderson of Blackstone, VA; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
