Obituary for Clarence T. Parham, Sr.
In early morning Wednesday, February 3, 2021 in his home, dad took his last breath. No more pain and suffering, no more dialysis, no more doctor’s appointments – he is at rest. Praise God!
Clarence T Parham, Sr. was born April 8, 1953 to the late Nat Turner and Dorothy Mae Parham of Crewe Virginia. He was also proceeded in death by one great grandchild, Aunjayla Z. Parham. At an early age Clarence accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and have continued to believe and trust in Him until death. Clarence was educated in the Nottoway County Public School System and enlisted in the Marines thereafter. Due to complications, he was unable to complete basic training therefore he entered the workforce as an over the road truck driver. He spent over 40+ years as a truck driver with many different companies until his heath began to fail. Clarence loved people. He was a warm, loving, caring and happy man. He will be missed.
He leaves to celebrate his life, sons: Clarence Parham Jr. (Heidi) of South Korea, James Parham (Elaine) of Las Vega, Harley and Shane Myer of Price Williams, daughters: Marguretta Casper (Floyd) of Nottoway Co., Natalie Jackson (Dwight) of Louisa Co., Destiny and Sarah Myer of Prince Williams, Shelley (Rob) of Nottoway, and Wanda Eppes of Burkeville. He had one sister, Thelma Parham, one niece, Natasha Parham and her daughter Kyla Braxter all of Chesterfield VA. Clarence was blessed with 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. He was married to Dorothy Parham and Brenda of Nottoway and a special friend Billie Myer of Prince Williams. He also leaves to cherish his memories a host of aunts, cousins, and friends. He had a special love for his Aunt Natlie Robertson and cousin Lillian Tucker (Bennie). He will also be missed by his aids Shanika and Kendra, and the Centra Pace Family along with the Forsenius Kidney Care Center Family.

Memorial Services Monday, February 8, 2021 at 12PM at W.E. Hawkes & Son Funeral Home, Blackstone.
