Obituary for Barbara Gibson Jones
Barbara Gibson Jones was born August 31, 1928 to Wilbur W. and Mary Alice Gibson.  She departed this life on Monday, February 22, 2016.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents Wilbur W. and Mary Alice Gibson; brother Wilbert (Stan) Gibson; and husband Harry Jones.
Barbara leaves to cherish her memories:  three sons James Montague, Richard Jones and Timothy Jones; one daughter-in-law Etta Montague; two grandchildren Angela and Mellissa Montague; one great grandchild Arriana Montague; one aunt Laura Carter; one sister-in-law Vera Gibson; one niece Bercenia Smith; three nephews, Lyndon, Reginald and Douglas Gibson; seven great nieces and nephews; eight great-great nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services Monday, February 29, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Little Union Baptist Church, Amelia with interment in the church cemetery.
