Annette L. Williams, daughter of Ann Williams and Clarence Branch, Sr. departed this life on February 17, 2020 at her home. She was born on August 31, 1966 in Prince Edward County, VA.
Annette graduated from Nottoway High School in 1985, and Kee Business College in 1991.
She worked at Home Depot as an Expeditor for twenty-two years.
Annette loved cooking, entertaining, reading and her granddaughter.
Annette is preceded in death by her father, Clarence Branch, Sr and brother, Clarence Branch, Jr.
She is survived by her mother, Ann E. Williams of Blackstone, VA; two sons, Mark T. Bates of Newport News, VA and Matthew T. Bates of Chesterfield, VA; one granddaughter, Nesiyah S. Bates; two sisters, Mattie J. Allen and Demetria Williams, both of Winston Salem, NC; one brother-in-law, Carlton Allen of Winston Salem, NC; two nieces, Amiriah Wynn (a.k.a. Diva) and Zuri Williams; one uncle, Wilson Todd, Jr, and Earnestine Todd; a host of aunts, special cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services Monday, February 24, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at W.E. Hawkes & Son Funeral Home, Blackstone. Interment High Rock Baptist Church Cemetery, Rice.
