Obituary for Sherry D. Alexander
On Thursday, April 6, 2017, the loving epistle of the life of our angel, Sherry D. Alexander unfolded the final chapter of the book of her life as she advanced from labor to reward.

Sherry was the daughter of Richard and Barbara Fowlkes and was born on January 25, 1974. Sherry was a lovely and bubbly person.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her husband Kevin Alexander; her sons Brandon Fowlkes, DeShawn Alexander and Javon Alexander; her parents Richard and Barbara Fowlkes; her brother Richard Eric Fowlkes; her sister April Fowlkes; grandmother Dorothy Watson; mother-in-law, Pearl ‘Dee Dee’ Green; brothers-in-law Andrew and Craig Green; sister-in-law, Tonya Alexander; god-brother Azeez Kirby; three god-sisters Wadeeah Kirby-Groomes, Tamika Dodson and Roshonda Rowe; special aunts Carolyn Bradshaw-Rucker and Inita Howard; two special nieces Ja’Shauna Shepperson and Tamariah Williams; two special cousins, Jeffrey Bradshaw Sr. and Angel Bradshaw; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who loved and cherished her dearly.

Mrs. Alexander may be viewed at the funeral home Friday from 10 am until 8pm.

Funeral Services Saturday, April 15, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at W.E. Hawkes & Son Funeral Home Chapel, Blackstone. Interment Fowlkes Family Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Asthma Foundation.
